General Conditions of Use and Sale

The website "CyclingOdds" is the property of "Jordan Decker", a sole proprietorship registered under the SIRET number 788 925 683 00013. Its head office is located 10 rue de l’Ecole 57460 Bousbach in France. The website is hosted by 1&1, located 701 Lee Road, suite 300 – Chesterbrook, PA 19087 in the US.

1 – PURPOSE

The purchasing of a service through this website implies full, unreserved acceptance of these Terms and conditions of sale by the Purchaser.

CyclingOdds reserves the right to change these Terms and conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in effect at the date of the order by the Purchaser.

2 – ORDERS

To place an order on CyclingOdds, you must be 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 years of age cannot sign up for a subscription.

You must first sign up for a free account on CyclingOdds by completing the "Username", "Email" and "Password" fields. Please note that your password is individual and confidential. You agree not to disclose this access to any third party.

Once logged in to your personal area, various subscription options are available to you. These different subscriptions cover different races. The picks related to these events appear upon release on the website (once logged in to your account) and are also sent to you by e-mail. This option can be disabled using the "My Account" section.
E-mails include:

• The bet title
• The bookmaker offering the best odd when releasing the pick
• An analysis
• A confidence rating
• A limit odd under which we advise you against following the pick

Please note that races included in the subscription are given for reference only and are subject to changes.

As part of these Terms and conditions, the user agrees that no right of withdrawal or refund be granted.

CyclingOdds reserves the right to cancel a subscription for the following reasons:

• Incorrect billing information
• We have reasons to think that you are under 18 years old
• We have reasons to think that you resell or share our picks to or with third parties

3 – RATES

Our subscription rates are given in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes.

All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros (€).

CyclingOdds reserves the right to change rates at any time, but subscriptions will be charged on the basis of rates applicable at the time when orders are placed.

4 – WARNING

CyclingOdds informs visitors on the site, whoever they may be, that recommendations and information published by CyclingOdds are provided for information purposes only. CyclingOdds offers no guarantee regarding the accuracy of information provided. Visitors on the site recognize that they are solely responsible for their actions and decisions. You are solely responsible for any use that you make from the information published by CyclingOdds.

5 – CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree to keep picks confidential from their publication until bets are closed on bookmakers.

6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless authorization granted, it is forbidden to copy or disseminate all or any part of the contents on CyclingOdds.

7 – IT ISSUES

The Purchaser is aware that the Internet network may experience difficulties, including without limitation, connection interruptions, server failures and power troubles. CyclingOdds cannot be held responsible for any impact these events may have and will be released from any obligation towards the Purchaser. No claim can provide entitlement to any compensation or penalty of any kind.

8 – NO PARTIAL VALIDATION

If one or more provisions in these Terms and conditions of sale are held to be invalidated or declared such under any law, decree, regulation or following a final decision by a relevant jurisdiction, other provisions shall remain in force and within their scope.

9 – JURISDICTION CLAUSE

For any dispute or complaint, irrespective of their nature or cause, only the courts of Sarreguemines will be considered competent, notwithstanding any summary proceedings, third-party complaints or plurality of defendants. The acceptance, drafts, mandates, conditions of carriage do not bring about novation or exemption from this clause.

10 – ACCEPTANCE BY THE CLIENT

These Terms and conditions of sale and the rates are expressly deemed adequate and agreed by the client, who declares and acknowledges perfect familiarity therewith. He or she thereby waives the right to take advantage of any contradictory document, including their own terms and conditions of purchase. The act of purchasing implies acceptance of these Terms and conditions of sale.
